Shipping & cancellation terms: physical cards for the Gold and Platinum packages are delivered within 3–5 business days, with shipping included in the package price. Once payment is made and the bank account is verified, cancellations or refunds are not possible; a refund is only issued if the bank account fails verification.

Official Bank Reference Letter for international authorities
If you need to provide proof of financial standing for embassies, universities, financial institutions, or other international authorities, you can submit your request through ArtaCard. The certificate is issued in English by the bank.
No additional documents are required. As long as the account is active, the request can only be submitted through the user panel.
This certificate is suitable for:
- Visa applications of all types
- Submission to embassies and consulates
- Universities and educational institutions
- Submission to financial institutions and international organizations
- Any other case requiring proof of financial standing or an international bank account
After submitting your request and paying the fee, your request is sent to the bank for certificate issuance. Once ready, the certificate will be available through your user panel.
